We offer haunted pub crawls for adults 21 and over Friday and Saturday nights, and on Sunday a family friendly haunted history tour.

Owned and operated by local Artist and Spirit Medium, Rachael Bright, who has been seeing and communicating with ghosts since the tender age of 6 years old. For the past 2 years she has been building relationships with the ghosts of Occoquan and each tour proves to be quite unique as a result.

Rachael uses Dowsing Rods to provide a visual for guests during the "Ghost Chats". Guests are encouraged to ask respectful yes or no questions that Rachael will translate and the ghosts will answer through the rods. This is your opportunity to talk to ghosts, learning about history in a totally unique way!

EMF Readers are available on a first come basis. Guests are encouraged to watch the meters for unusual spikes in Electromagnetic Fields, which often coincides with our ghostly friends making an appearance! If you have your own rods, non-noise producing readers you're welcome to bring those along with you too.

Our guides are not only overs of local history but have the gift of clairaudience. This gives them the ability to communicate to the spirits.
If you could ask a ghost a question, what would it be? Here's your opportunity to do so. Our friendly spirits will answer respectful "Yes" or "No" questions through the Medium with the use of dowsing rods.

Cancellation Policy
We are always happy to reschedule. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your tour. No refunds can be given the day of the scheduled tour.
